Everything about our stay was great! The place itself was beautiful, beautiful beach and ocean view; access to the beach from the condo was very easy and convenient; AJ was so good to work with. He was very responsive to my questions and his descriptions of what to expect were dead on! I would love to work with him on a future stay! Thank you, AJ - my family had a wonderful week!

This was by far the best condo I’ve rented in the area based on 10+ visits with my husband and in-laws. This was our first trip with two kids (3 mo and 2.5 yo). The master bedroom closet is big enough for a pack and play which was super helpful. We made use of the provided pack and play, high chair, and beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels - so nice not to have to pack those items! There were so many nice touches, like USB outlets by the beds and provided dish soap and detergent, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, box fans in the bedrooms, and coffee and k-cups. The cookware is also way nicer than you find in most rentals! The corner balcony and really nice furniture gave me somewhere to enjoy the beach and ocean while inside with the baby. The condo was spacious so we all had room to spread out. AJ provided very helpful communication ahead of and during our stay. The building and pool are also well maintained by a very attentive staff. I would definitely stay here again!
We've been coming to Myrtle Beach for 9 years; this is the cleanest/best place we have ever stayed. So much natural ligh, great front row view of the ocean. The space was perfect to spread out; we took full advantage of the large balcony to eat meals. With three kids, greatly appreciated the simplistic decorations and not "stuff" everywhere to worry about. It was tastefully decorated and felt right at home, and comfortable. Loved having blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. Box fans provided for two of the bedrooms was super convenient too for white noise at night. Full size high chair, pack n play, and fully stocked beach closet was so convenient and really helped us cut down what we had to pack. A.J. was super responsive and super helpful at anytime, you can absolutely tell he takes pride in his condo and the experience of his guests. Beach access was so convenient too, super close to walkway to beach. You will not be disappointed!
We have stayed at a number of rentals in North Myrtle Beach, including AJ's first floor unit in the same building, and his condos are the most serene, organized, and clean. This condo has a calming, almost minimalist vibe, but had everything we needed. This was the first time we rented a condo on a higher floor and the view was amazing. We loved that we could see the ocean from the entire living space and main bedroom as well as the spacious porch. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a connected bathroom, which was a huge plus. Having in-unit laundry is one of my favorite amenities and the laundry room here is pristine. Lastly, this unit is walking distance to Cherry Grove boat landing from which you can rent kayaks and paddle to Waties Island. Glad we took AJ's recommendation on this because it was super memorable and fun!
