Located on the fifth floor of Xanadu II, Xanadu Breeze offers great views of the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The unit's southwest orientation provides the perfect venue to watch peaceful sunsets and offers great views of nearly the entire Strand...including the 4th of July fireworks!
We recently acquired this gem from a friend who used it as a family vacation home. It's never been on the rental market. We just completed a significant cosmetic upgrade. All the walls were painted, popcorn removed from ceilings in the common areas and bedrooms, new carpet in the bedrooms, new window coverings (including blackouts for the bedrooms), new vanities, new water heater, new door hardware, new lighting, new mattresses and linens and new furniture.
You will love the distinctive layout of this bright, comfortably sized kitchen. Great views of the ocean out the large picture window and there's even access to the balcony through a large sliding door. The coffee maker features both drip and Keurig brewing methods. The cabinets are stocked with all the stemware, dishware, utensils, pots and pans you could need to prepare a gourmet meal.
The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, dedicated work desk and an en suite bath with double vanities. For privacy the toilet and shower are in a separate room that is accessed from the vanity area of the bathroom.
The Second Bedroom is really a second primary suite featuring a queen bed and its own en suite bath. The two windows allow plenty of light when you want it, while black-out shades make it a delight to sleep in.
The Third Bedroom has two twin XL beds. It features a full bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. Like the second bedroom it has two windows, a rarity in buildings like this.
Xanadu Breeze is over 1440 sq-ft. That's much larger than most three bedroom units on the Strand. Pro tip: you know all those narrow "shotgun" style condo listings you see in ~3 story low rise buildings? You know the ones with the tiny balconies? Those are "modular" buildings which means the units were built in a factory and assembled on site. Basically you are staying in a double-wide, placed next to and stacked on top of or underneath someone else's double wide. Xanadu II is a concrete mid-rise building with much wider rooms and huge balconies that just aren't possible with wood construction. What this means is you will be comfortable no matter where you choose to spend your time while vacationing, be it in the expansive living room, the three large bedrooms or the oversized oceanfront kitchen. There's a laundry room with full size washer and dryer (not a cramped closet with a tiny stacked one piece laundry unit) and even the water heater is full size, so no running out of hot water when everyone showers after coming in from the beach.
Guests have access to the sparkling pool that gets daily maintenance by our staff. The pool is situated to bask in morning sunlight but offers afternoon shade...which can be quite refreshing after a long day on the beach!
As our guest you will have access to your private locked beach closet where we keep 6 beach chairs and two umbrellas, as well as assorted beach toys. We also provide beach towels for your use.
